Split Foam Collar |

 Combination collar and head halter. Split center design allows for optional use as a traction head halter with spreader bar attachment through metal eyelets. It is made of polyurethane foam covered with natural cotton stockinette. When used as a collar, closure is by means of overlapping hook 'n pile contact.
